Try the one that I have attached... six Diamonds and counting with no issues yet.

Also, make sure that you do a soft reset if you have installed any other apps before you try to install .NET CF 3.5. Otherwise, you can get the error that you mentioned above (I do if I am mass installing and forget to do a soft reset after an app install and before installing .NET CF 3.5).
