you can always opt to buy another type of speaker with more power than the stock one if you want to mess with it. I successfully placed a speaker from a MM-9000 in the ppc6700...... it was quite a meticulous job, but with the right will it can be accomplished. Whenever you are looking for the replacement speaker do a search for micro-speakers... a ton will come up on the search.
