Re: Has anyone been able to order through ecare?
ECare agreed to exchange my TREO 755p for the TP and waved the 30 day exchange rule since I would have been within the 30 day if the launch was not delayed. On Sunday I received an email saying it was ordered and to expect it in 4 to 4 business days. I checked the status online it said in progress, I was happy little man and went to sleep. On Monday evening it still said "in progress" but I figured maybe the site wasn't updated and went to sleep. On Tuesday I log in expecting to see "Shipped" but all I saw was the word "CANCELED". I sent ECare and email and did not hear anything back, I called customer service and they suggested I wait for the email from ECare and that the order was canceled due to errors but did not know what those errors were.
Now it is going on 20 hours and no response from ECare...hopefully they will fix it and upgrade the shipping to next day since I am headed back offshore on Sunday and use a new toy with WiFi.
