Re: Im man enough to admit I was wrong

For my needs, the Touch Pro is leaps and bounds ahead of the Diamond. The keyboard on the Touch Pro is excellent. I go through hundreds of emails daily (obviously I don't reply to all of these, but you get the idea), so fast typing is a must for me. The Diamond wasn't all that bad, but having to go back and make corrections, etc. was getting old real fast. I'm now able to type with absolute precision. I'm also not experiencing any delay like others have commented about. I'm using the stock ROM with a few reg tweaks (based on DiamondTweak and others), and to be quite honest this is faster than my Diamond was on any Juicy ROM I've tried. I don't even see any convincing reason for me to go to a custom ROM yet, and frankly I probably won't unless there becomes one.

The Touch Pro is much easier for me to hold, and I actually love its size. It feels 'just right'. The chrome also does not look cheap, so I don't know where you got that from. In any event, the Touch Pro is -truly- only .13 inches bigger than the Diamond. Just look at Sprint's dimensions on their site. You could make the size argument for a GSM Diamond vs. a Touch Pro, but for a CDMA Diamond I'm just not seeing it.

I used to be a happy Diamond owner but now I'm glad I'm exchanging it, the Touch Pro is just that much better for my needs -- it's truly a business oriented device.
