I can now be added to the list of "success stories"! After 4 days of discussions, phone calls, and emails finally Sprint has honored their original offer. After 5 Moguls, I'm getting the TP for $299+ taxes; then getting credit for the Mogul once I send it back. I'll end up paying a net $30 difference between the two phones.

This has never been about getting over on Sprint. I just grew weary from burning so much gas to and from the Sprint Store exchanging devices. I'm glad to see them come through on the offer that they initiated. =D> I gotta say, I'm looking forward to the TP!
