Finally! The lady I spoke to about switching my Mogul to a Touch Pro disappeared too
. I called her on Friday because telesales was already selling the phone and her response was, "I was going to call you then, but I didn't get to it. And now my supervisor isn't here, so we're going to have wait until Monday." So I waited and nobody called back today!! I was pissed! I called for hours and finally spoke to someone that said they sent out an email to "Brittany" and her supervisor. Needless to say someone FINALLY called back but gave me a number that supposedly closed at 7
. I called 3 different numbers and finally got ahold of the new person that called and got my phone ordered
. My point to this story is...DON'T LET THE MAN PUSH YOU AROUND! GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SPRINT PROBLEMS EVERYONE!!
