Okay let's end this little squabble and call it truce and get back on topic...I'll sum it up what I was really trying to say:
1.) People in here shouldn't be complaining not getting a deal by something said by word of mouth...it may be binding by an informal contract but when argued in a case of law..you will most likely lose....
2.) It's up to Sprint if they want to keep you as a customer or not...that's what I'm saying about "consumers voice with their feet and wallets" If they think of you as a viable customer and choose/want to keep you around then they will do what it takes to keep you around...if they don't then you can freely choose to go to another carrier and make them lose your business...
