Dead Phone Policy?
The more I think about it, the more I feel like I got screwed out of a Pro!
Well, my Mogul died. Kaput. I was pissed as hell, because I hadn't backed up my contacts in a few months. So I took it to Sprint. They had the Pro sitting there, but I gave them my mogul. Came back an hour later, and they said they couldn't revive it so they needed it for the weekend because they had to order one. So I had to go Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Today without a phone!
Are they allowed to do that? Just wondering... because it seems strange to not give a customer a working phone!
