Just a word of warning. I called Sprint earlier this evening about an account issue and the system did an automatic software update to my Touch Pro. Apparently the update was for Voice Command but when it was done my phone started getting Voice Command startup errors and then shell errors.

I tried a few different things to fix it but ultimately had to do a hard reset to get things back to normal. Wish I would have done a backup earlier today.
