Ok, I found tcpmp[1].pocketpc.0.72RC1 on the FTP here and installed it, and set .ASX files (Windows Metafiles) to use TCPMP. Now when I launch a video file from within ORB it launches TCPMP correctly. I've set the rate on my.orb.com to both 160 and 320. Even at 320, the video is very choppy, although the sound is, of course, fine.

I have all the settings above, except for this one:

>> Video
>>First Smooth checked, Dither checked, Quality Normal, DirectDraw checked

I can't find where to put those settings into the version of TCPMP I'm using.

However, I wonder if my upload speeds are the problem. My DSL connection tops out at about 340 kbps.

Any more tips on getting smooth playback?

Thanks,

Jonathan
