Does GPSToday itself work properly on your device, as in gets GPS fixes, shows address, weather for your current location etc? Most mogul users with stock roms have problems with GPS applications causing the gps to get stuck after the device goes into standby etc. Check

If GPSToday itself is working fine, then when you say "cant get it to tag my pics", can you describe the exact thing thats happening for you to be sure the pics arent getting tagged?
