I doubt that will help. Way back when I first had a new verizon xv6800 I couldn't send MMS pics at all.

I didn't even realize it at first as I hardly ever do it, but when I realized it didn't work in a brand new phone it irritated me.

One day at work, I was all caught up & had some time on my hands so I called vz tech support. I got a very cool friendly chick on the phone. She tried very hard to be helpful & went back & forth with a couple other techs at her end also. I was on the phone with them for almost an hour & a half but they couldn't resolve it & said they would send me a new phone.

I didn't really WANT a new phone as I had spent two weeks adding programs/customizing etc & other than the MMS everything was perfect. I spent quite a while googling the problem & actually fixed it the next day by installing the recommended version of arcsoft & then correcting the server settings etc.

When the new phone came, I sent it back. I have three 6800's now, but I still have that original also & it still works great (although it's been re-flashed 50 times etc etc)
