I know diamond tweak can turn on scrolling for programs.

But the program i want scrolling for isnt in the list

Is there a manual way of turning on scrolling in the registry for a particular program

i want scrooling for the WM5newmenu program, you know the quick little menu that you can assign to a button to bring up a list of texting people and calling.

i just want to be able to scroll through instead of using d pad. can someone help
