i think thats there only for exchange accounts.
if you dont see it when you go to start/ programs/ active sync/ schedule then....
you need to get a hosted exchange like mail2web, exchangemymail, 4smartphone.... $0 - $10 a month.
or get a profile app to change your settings for this time frame. go to pocketmax.com and checkout the trial for phonealarm.
