Sorry, this is not an upgrade... The specs are EXACTLY identical to the Touch Pro... Even the RAM and ROM is the same, along with the same processor. The I-Phone has a much faster processor, doesn't it? I think it is either 624 or 728. Personally, I am no-where near an I-Phone or even Apple-fan-boi, but I would expect HTC to at least bump up the chipset, and include on-board SSD similar to HTC Diamond. How is this really an upgrade? I mean, sure it includes a bigger screen, and much needed ports, but I don't think you'll find enough buttons on it, since it has even less then the HTC Diamond, if I am not mistaken.
Don't need buttons now with the software the simulates button presses using the G-Sensor. The 528Mhz CPU can be overclocked quite well. The screen is MUCH bigge (which is one of my only complaints about the Diamond). And a non-removable SSD on a phone is a downgrade IMO. Having a microSD slot is a much better option.
