I uninstalled the dialer and put just the touchflo dialer on. Did not install the minimal dialer. Installed just redial only.

Now I don't get freezing. ## codes work and also 911.

I dialed 911 and it took about 30 secs. to connect but it did work.

No smartdial but that's ok for me!
