I am still deciding if I am going to exchange mine or not. When I first got it, I thought the audio sounded kinda bad from the earpiece. I have hard reset it, and it still sounds....I dont know how to describe it.....like its too loud and the speaker cant handle it, so it crackles. ITs not bad enough where I cant have a conversation on it, but its still noticable. I might wait another week to make sure I will get one from a new batch.
BTW, where do you find the build number?
Edit...Found the build...its in settings>personal>about. My build is 19965.1.2.3
