On both exchanges BB worked with me with no hassles. It depends on who you get on how helpful they will be. The guy last night was very accomodating in listening to my story and letting me listen to the phone before I exchanged it. The phone had already been promised to another store, but he exchanged it for me. After taking several business calls on the phone today, I would have to upgrade my rating of the speaker audio to darn near perfect and what you would expect for an $800 phone.
