You most likely have some registry errors in your RGU file. If you post it, I'm sure we could help you with it...

Thanks for trying to save me a little work, and now I'm busted! This was all part of my evil plan to expand my own personal cab collection.

Edit: Here is a link to a working Ervias's Package Creator. It's a little bumpy getting it started sometimes...
