It sounds like a lot of people are coming from really crappy phones like the mogul, and haven't been able to compare the build quality to the Touch or the Diamond...
Honestly, my Touch was flawless.. Perfect screen, perfect speaker, cool battery, great GPS, etc...
I just want that damn VGA screen!
hopefully when I exchange mine tomorrow, I will get one that takes care of ALL my concerns.
