Hello, my name is BJ DeHut I am a representative for Sprint. We are happy to see so many people eagerly waiting to get the HTC Touch Pro. For those having trouble ordering one through telesales, you can still pick the phone up at Best Buy. The phone will have its hard release on November 2nd at your local Sprint store.
