Sounds like you used the wrong unlocker. Which one did you use?
.40 and .41 are for non GPS ROMs. 2.31 is for GPS ROMs. The ROM you mentioned is a GPS ROM correct? If yes then load a non GPS ROM and then put on the 2.31 unlocker and then install the GPS ROM.
