Well I found a store in my area that has them in stock and is selling them. But they are refusing to honor the exchange!! eCare authorized an exchange and specifically said I could do it in-store and they even noted my account!! I can't order by phone because I have a spending limit and I don't have $600 just laying around until they credit me for the exchange. As soon as I left the store, I called retentions and a very nice lady said she would speak with her supervisor after he gets out of a meeting and would call me back. Here's hoping they can work something out.
