Im so mad... I was promised an exchange for my touch diamond through ecare so I emailed them first thing in the morning asking them to place an order for me. 12:30pm comes along and still no reply email from sprint so I get tired of waiting and just call to place the order. My fear was that ecare would take too long to place my order and it looks like thats what happened. Well enjoy your phones when you receive them tomorrow. My bet is I have to wait til monday
