Dear All,

I been spending the past few days cooking ROM's for my PPC6700.

Everything works out really well, ROM downloads and boots just fine. However once the OS is running, If I go to install any apps of the phone, I get "Installation Unsuccessful"

After looking into it further it looks like my entire root directory has been set to read only or something. If I fiddle with all the file properties in the root folder enough, eventually installtions work as normal.

Can anyone shed any light on to what my problem is ?
