Just ordered mine. I called 1800SPRINT1 and they transferred me to employee services since I am SERO. Had no troubles~
They did ask for the referral e-mail and I was like, oh I used the sprintsavings one from long time ago.. and she said well you need a current employee referral to make changes to your plan..
Luckily I had one that was posted on the net and she said that works
