I got pimped...I have a corp account and could not upgrade through BB. So I signed up for new service and got it for $239 and then did an ESN swap to get the phone on my corp account. Figured I could use it for a week to see if I really want the phone. I'm on the phone with telesales now and I'm not going to get the 20% discount either Oh well...after using the phone for a week I think its well worth the price
