Well its a double edge sword. Let me explain lets say you walk in sprint with a mogul phone is done for and all they had in stock was the touch pro than its your lucky day free upgrade. Lets say you have a touch pro and it done work and all they have is a razr til they can fix or replace your phone than your SOL til they fix it or replace it. And vice versa. And also if they have full stock of phone but not yours they have to give you what's in the same class as your phone like mogul and they got is touch diamonds or the touch u will get one of those phones not a lower class phone.
