boot.rgu error

I get an error when soft-resetting. It says there is no application associated with 'boot'. Please start the application.... blah blah...

At the top of the window is says boot.rgu

This is a new error and I have only seen this when soft-resetting. The last program I installed was total commander. I wanted to use it as a reg editor, but couldn't figure it out so I un-installed it.

Any ideas?
