Considering giving you 20% was going above and beyond what he was suppose to do (its in the fine print), I would've bought the phone for $600. Don't think he was a jerk for that, he was actually cutting you a deal. Every other BB I've talked to will not honor the 20% since I don't qualify for an upgrade just like you.
