resco file explorer. use that to copy and paste your file.
you can also use the stock file explorer thats already on the phone--thats what i used...
first download the file to your device in whatever folder you wish.
copy the file and paste it into the /windows folder.
overwrite the audio para file..
soft reset.
BOOM! insta-loud!
