Ok, so I'm not new to flashing I used to have a 6700 and flashed it everynow and again. I just got a XV6800 and the first weekend i had it i upgraded the radio, bootloader, and flashed with the MR1 ROM. Had the GPS working all was well untill i tried to get ICS working so i could teather my laptop while at work. I have been unable to get the ICS to work longer than a minute tops. So, I began looking to flash to a better ROM W/ICS. I stumbled upon one of the NueROMs and I go to the site donate... and DL a standalone .nbh file as well as a kitchen. I figured out how to flash the .nbh via a SD card but i have not been able to figure out how to get the kitchen working. I figured i needed ppckitchen Build OS, but I have not been able to figure how where I need to place the kicthen .rar file and or if i need to extract it to somewhere.

So what I am asking is where to i place the files and in what type should it be?
