Hi, I know there are a bunch of softwares out there that let u send and recieve International text messages using VOIP. However they need some kind of VOIP subscription.

My question is...are or is there any software / utility out there that will let me send/recieve text messages to countries like India....cuz right now my carier is charging me 20cents a message that my folks send me. And they dont send me anything less than a book.

Ofcourse there are websites that do that but..I am looking for something on my PocketPC.
