Update... installed TodayAgenda which solved two problems... first, I like it better than the default calendar plugin, second, it allowed me to position one of the other plugins at the bottom of the screen.

This is pretty much Treo Nirvana for me =)
Edit: Tried out Wisbar Advance 2.0... and I like it =) Didn't notice any slowdown at all...
