Hi, is there a solution to this? When friends send me video clips that they have taken on their blackberry phones, smart phones, even with Sprint, when I get the email on my 800W and view the video, I can hear the video but can not see anything. However, if I transfer the video file to my computer, then I can see the video. Is there some setting or a download for my windows media player on my Treo 800W? Its ridiculous that I cant see video clips from other phones.
