That won't work by itself.... It's just a skin file. Download:
OEM_MegaPack_Manila2D_OEM_v2.14...............................Last Updated 10/21/08
That contains the main OEM,
MegaPack_Manilla2d_OEM_V2.14, and the above named skin file. You can then download additional skins from post #2. I've got slated to make it all one megapack, and to update them so that each skin will require the main OEM, and so you can only select one skin. Just no time......argh!!!
edit: this will be v2.16, and I'll also have fixed the weather widget skins for Skin14, and Skin18, and made it ppckitchen friendly...time estimate: tomorrow afternoon...
