You missed the point on the Karma thing. Karma is always bad, which we collect in this life and pay for in the next.
On the PPC side of exestentialism, download the .cab(second download) and copy the .cab file to your device. I suggest the storage card but it really doesn't matter. click on the .cab on your device and follow the prompts to install, either device or storage card, your choice. That's it.
