I got one on saturday. Had trouble with the store managerat the Best Buy near my house (Utica, michigan). He would not honor the stupid 20% discount. They were selling me the last one, so I had to take it. Went today to another Best Buy (Westland, Michigan) told them the story. They asked whcih store I had issues with, told me I was not the first to tell them of his antics. They took me right over to the customer service desk, took care of it, BAM done!
