Hey, this brings up a question for me. Does modifying your phone go against anything in your contract with telus or does it just void the warranty? I don't mind voiding the warranty, but i don't neccesarily want to break contract terms. I can't imagine it wouldn't be allowed though considering you are the owner of the phone.

Also, if a WM6.2 or whatever comes out, will Juicy rom 3.0 be compatible with it or will i need to flash back to a different rom before upgrading to WM6.2?
