Here is some more information about the problem, hopefully this helps.
All of my photo's are stored on the Internal Storage space of my phone under: My Documents > My Pictures
I have about 37 photo's but everytime I get to the fourth one it relaunches my TouchFlo 3D.
I have already reflashed my phone 3 times.
Edit: I don't have anything else installed, this happens right after I flash and go to the "Photo and Video" Tab.
BTW.... my provider is Sprint
