Same Problem here.. and the two fixes don't help. but yea, it seems more like a software issue than a hardware problem.. hopefully, there will be an update soon on this form the master chefs or HTC/Sprint..

btw.. if you guys haven't noticed, there is already an update for picture mail.. if you log on to your internet explorer on your cell phone and wait for the Sprint/HTC home page to load,

look under updates, there is an updated cab file for picture mail which you should install if you want to use it...
