I just got mine today, and I'll be returning it for an exchange as soon as I get back from a business trip next week. The phone speaker sounds like it is blown (have tried the tweaked csv, didn't help). The 4-way directional pad works up and down, but left and especially right are very difficult to make work. And the panel covering the lower 1/3 of the phone was threatening to peel off after I got it out of the box. Really like the phone, but I must have gotten the dud as far as build quality goes.
