Any clues?
Sound events I put into my "\Windows" folder, and the ringtones I place in my "\Windows\Rings" folder. From there go to Start\Settings\Personal Tab\ and go to Sounds & Notifications. From there in the Notifications Tab, you should be able to set the "Phone: Incoming call" To something you place in the Rings folder and any other audio file you placed in the Windows Folder will now be able to be selected for audio events like "Messaging: New e-mail message" or "Messaging: New text message".

Hope this helps...
