Took 5 hours on call numerous times with sprint tech support. Common theme was, update profile (settings/system) and what finally ended up doing it was to delete the standard sprint connection and recreating. Goto Settings/Connections/Connections under sprint select manage existing connections. Click and hold on Sprint #777 until menu pops up, and select delete. Click new, keep default my connection/cellular line, click next for number type #777 click next, leave username/password/domain field blank.
It seems sprint always gets recreated but my internet now works (I know it doesn't make any sense).
