Adding that to the OEM folder causes the device to hang on the device boot screen prior to the windows boot screen. Leave it out and it boots.

Some things to check:
1) Make sure that you have one blank line at the end of your initflashfiles.txt file
2) Make sure your initflashfiles.txt is being saved as Unicode
3) You shouldn't need the extra line that creates the Accessories folder. If the folder doesn't exist before copying the file, it will be created automatically
