Picked mine up today!

I went to the Springfield, OH Best Buy. I called as soon as they opened this morning, said they had 6. Got there about 1130, asked the one guy working the mobile section, and he said they didn't have any, but I asked him to check and he found some. He only found 2 even though the system showed 6, and while I was there someone called about them so if you want to get it there you better hurry. None of the other local BBs showed them in stock.

I have the Sero F&F 500 w/ unlimited text for $30, so I definitely made sure they didn't change my plan at all. I was out of contract as of July 2008, so I qualified for the full instant savings. My previous phone was the Treo 700wx. The clerk activated the phone via their system and without any issue (I called retentions last night just to ask about any possible issues but the CSR said I wouldn't have to worry about anything). After we put the battery in the phone and started it up, it ran some first-time customization program, restarted, then automatically configured itself! The clerk didn't even have to do anything with the phone, it immediately started receiving my text messages and phone calls!

As far as the 20% discount goes, the discount didn't automatically apply, but the clerk was able to give it to me manually. I walked out of there with the Touch Pro for $256.
