888-882-4030. the lady i talked to had to contact someone else in a different department. not sure what dept. All i explained to her was that last month I convinved telesales to sell me the Diamond at a discounted price(even though when i got the bill, they didnt) so when i told her i returned it last week cause I wanted to get the pro, and that i wanted to get the Pro at the lowest price possible.So , she put me oh hold for like 15-20 mins while she talked to a different department and when she came back, she told me that I can get it at the lowest price when they get it(ie, Nov 2nd) and that she had no info or pricing on it at the time.. So I then had the BB sales rep call in to verify my account and after another 30 minutes on the phone everything turned out all good... worse case i was prepared to call telesales again and treathen to cancel my service to get an iphone if they wont reset my aggrement time (which i have done in the past) Hope this helps!
