I had the same problem, I had to call Sprint. 1st see if you can go into the picturemail website and see if you can actually log in. If you can, give Sprint a call and have them help you update your username. I did that and it worked. Also, go to Start>Settings> System Tab and click on Update Profile, you might need that to do its thing. I did that and not only did it fix my picturemail issue because I couldn't send anything, it also allowed me to use the internet. Hope this helps.
