Here's another ($30 plan) SERO user who had no problems. It's true, the system they have there won't let them do it over the computer, but all the rep has to do is call in, read them the ESN, fill out a contract renewal form (I had them put 2 years

hopefully that locks in SERO for a little bit longer). It takes a little extra time, as well as a rep who knows what they're doing, but it works out fine if you're patient and just a little bit accommodating.
I'm still laughing at how I was literally the first person in there. I had a woman from the desk call me as soon as inventory told her they had Touch Pros, and was in the store 30 minutes later, out the door another 30 minutes later with my Touch Pro.
