That's why I mentioned that the cell phone batteries are more forgiving and I realize it probably won't catch on fire. There is a major difference between a cell phone battery and a battery used in a R/C vehicle. Some of the info. from that article isn't relevant but charging and taking care of them is similar. Personally I don't recommend running it down until the phone shuts off but that's my opinion.
